We process limited Business-to-Business (B2B) professional contact details strictly relating to active corporate subscribers (Ltd, LLP, PLC) in the United Kingdom:
- Categories of data: Business contact name, professional role/title, corporate email address, corporate telephone number, company name, and public business webpage URL.
- Sources of data: Publicly accessible corporate websites, the UK Companies House register, public planning/procurement notices, and public trade association directories (such as ISA-UK). The specific source URL and collection date for your record are stated in the footer of our initial email to you.
3. Purpose and Lawful Basis for Processing
- Purpose: To make relevant B2B trade enquiries regarding custom non-electrical PMMA (acrylic) fabrication and build-to-print display components.
- Lawful Basis: Under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR, we rely on our Legitimate Interests in conducting proportionate B2B commercial outreach to corporate decision-makers. Under Regulation 22 of the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), unsolicited B2B electronic mail is sent exclusively to corporate subscribers, accompanied by our full legal identity and a frictionless opt-out mechanism under Regulation 23. We do not use hidden tracking pixels in our emails.

We never sell, rent, or trade your business contact details. Data is accessed only by our authorised personnel handling B2B enquiries and processed through essential technical service providers (such as our corporate email hosting provider and internal CRM/spreadsheet storage) under strict confidentiality and data security controls.
5. International Processing and Safeguards
Because our business is located in China, your corporate contact details are processed in China (outside the United Kingdom). We restrict data collection strictly to publicly available professional corporate fields, enforce role-based access controls and encryption in transit, and immediately honour all opt-out and erasure requests.
6. Retention Periods
- Unanswered Enquiries: If no commercial dialogue is established, active contact records are deleted within 90 days of collection.
- Opt-Out / Suppression List: If you object to direct marketing, we immediately stop contacting you and retain only your corporate email address and objection date on a minimal suppression list to ensure you are not contacted again.
- Commercial Orders: Where a sample or production order is placed, contract and invoice records are retained for 6 years to comply with tax, customs, and accounting obligations.
